Hey I just wanted to say I do your plan with my own exercise routine and also eat a little bit of dessert every day and it has worked great for me! My goal wasn't to lose weight but to just not feel bloated/ full all the time and look a bit slimmer (although I probably have lost a little). Loosely following the plan every day has worked out to be an awesome everyday dietary plan for me!! Thank you so much (:
