Hey! I'm suppppppeeerrrr interested in buying your 10 day program! I will most likely big it tomorrow & start Monday! Anyways, I had shoulder surgery three weeks ago and I'm not allowed to run, swim, lift weights, etc. for approx two months. Will this affect my results? I can still walk? Thx!
sure you can take brisk walks for your cardio 😊 listen to your body and don’t do workouts you don’t feel comfortable with 💪 also, since diet is more than 80% of weight loss success, you shouldn’t have any problems by not following the workout part of the plan 😊👍
